Rachael Ray recently shared a heartfelt Mother’s Day video on Instagram, praising her mom for teaching her how to “make something out of nothing and do it with love.” The celebrity chef credited those lessons with shaping her life and career, but fans focused less on her message and more on her appearance.

Comments such as “Rachael, are you okay?” and “What happened to her?” quickly rose to the top, with some viewers saying they barely recognized her. Others, however, defended Ray, pointing out that aging is natural and that she still looks great.

This isn’t the first time her appearance has drawn attention. Back in February 2025, another Instagram video sparked similar conversations, with some fans noting changes in her looks and even suggesting her speech sounded slurred. Ray has never addressed those comments directly.

In October 2024, she did reveal that she had been dealing with health setbacks, including several falls that limited her ability to do physical chores. “I love physical labor, helping carry in the wood,” she said at the time. “I’ve had a couple of bad falls in the last couple of weeks, so I haven’t been doing that in a while.”
