More than three decades after Mrs. Doubtfire became one of the most beloved family films of all time, the actors who played the Hillard children reunited—and the photos instantly sent fans into a wave of nostalgia. Lisa Jakub, Matthew Lawrence, and Mara Wilson came together once again, proving that while the years have passed, the bond they formed during filming remains as strong as ever.

The reunion wasn’t just about seeing familiar faces. Lisa Jakub shared heartfelt photos on social media, writing that Matthew Lawrence and Mara Wilson still felt like her siblings, even more than 30 years after they made the film together. The trio later reunited for an episode of the Brotherly Love Podcast, where they reflected on their unforgettable experience working alongside Robin Williams.

For many fans, however, the reunion carried an emotional weight. Looking at the smiling cast members, it was impossible not to think of Robin Williams, whose unforgettable performance as Daniel Hillard—and the lovable Mrs. Doubtfire—helped make the film a timeless classic. Matthew Lawrence has often spoken about Williams’ kindness, recalling how the legendary actor treated everyone on set with warmth and compassion, regardless of their role.

The reunion photos quickly spread across social media, with thousands of fans commenting on how grown up the former child stars looked while still recognizing the same familiar smiles they remembered from 1993. Many admitted the pictures made them feel both joyful and emotional, reminding them of childhood movie nights and one of Robin Williams’ greatest performances.

Although time has changed all of them, one thing clearly hasn’t: the friendship they built while making Mrs. Doubtfire. More than 30 years later, the Hillard siblings continue to share a connection that fans around the world still love to see.
